A tighter economy for a server that wants scarcity and real consequences: lower job pay, licence violations enforced with in-game respawns, mandatory sales tax, credit gated behind a real score, and a Mayor's election cycle short enough to turn over within a week.

Every setting not listed stays on Metro's shipped default, and nothing is locked: the whole economy stays editable from your dashboard. The Server-Key, channels and roles are kept when a template is applied. On Free, the Plus modules a template turns on (government, property, businesses) are written switched off, with their settings kept for the day the server upgrades.
Use it
Load this into Metro
Open your server, go to Templates, press Review on Strict RP to see the changes against your current settings, then apply it. Or pick it when you set Metro up with /setup template:Strict RP.
