Run your staff team from numbers, not guesses.
Metro clocks staff in and out from the game, measures each week against a quota, records how fast mod calls are answered and flags unusual command bursts. It never punishes anyone on its own.
Shifts, quotas and leave
A staff member is clocked in while they are in the server and listed as staff. A week runs Monday to Monday in UTC.
- Quotas are weekly minutes per staff level. A person is above or below quota only when one applies and they were not on approved leave.
- After each week Metro posts who was above, below or on leave, and saves those figures for good.
- /loa request asks for leave, and reviewers approve or deny from Discord.
Accountability
Metro records who answered each mod call and how fast, and reads the staff command log for patterns.
- Flags for a burst of destructive commands, repeated teleports and every staff permission change.
- /staff scoreboard shows answered calls, median response time and missed calls.
- The punishment log records every in-game kick, ban, unban and warn, and staff can add notes by hand.
Remote moderation
Staff with the right permission kick, ban, warn, message and announce from Discord or the Staff Panel without being in the game.
- Each action asks for a reason, is logged under the staff member’s name and, for kicks, bans and warns, goes into the punishment log.
- Kick, warn and message only reach players who are in the server. Staff in game cannot be moderated this way.
Police tools and cameras
Look up a person or plate, issue warrants and BOLOs, and fine anyone the server has seen. Virtual traffic cameras record sightings with plate, vehicle and speed.
- Camera rules start in a log-only trial for 24 hours, and can be replayed against past sightings before they act.
- Staff are never fined, warned or respawned by rules.
- Every camera search is logged with who ran it.
Applications, automations and workflows
Staff applications and ban appeals are web forms reviewed in Discord. Seven automations, such as AFK checks, timed messages and peacetime, switch on one at a time. A no-code builder links triggers to actions.
- Forms cannot ask for an age, a real name or any other personal detail.
- Workflows can only send private messages and hints in game, and cannot run any other command.
- Game logs post joins, kills, staff commands and mod calls to the channels you pick.
What is free, and what is Plus.
The tools themselves are free. Plus keeps longer history and raises limits.
Plus is for one Discord server and is bought by its owner. Tax may be added at checkout. If a server returns to Free, its Plus settings are kept. Full pricing.
