What changed in Metro.
New features and fixes that owners and players will notice, newest first. Each one is also posted to the Metro Discord.
- NewMetro posts fewer automatic announcements per hour, and never sends your players ads.
- NewVoting for Metro now builds a streak with bonus pay, counts toward a monthly server goal that earns a week of Plus, and earns a Voter badge.
- NewOwners whose server has no paid jobs yet get a weekly checklist to fix setup, with a button to ask us to set it up for them.
- NewDashboard settings pages now save with Ctrl+S, and the unsaved-changes bar turns red if you try to leave without saving.
- NewPublic server pages can show join requirements and staff activity, and players can ask their owner to add Metro.
- NewNew pages explain Metro's CAD, dispatch, economy, staff tools and Discord bot one by one.
- NewNew pages compare Metro with other ER:LC bots and help servers move from other bots.
- NewNew guides cover ER:LC private server commands, connecting your ER:LC server, and common roleplay terms.
- NewOwners can post a weekly jobs recap and a start-here panel in a channel they pick.
- NewMetro's help guide is now readable as web pages, and server templates have their own pages.
- NewA searchable Liberty County postal map and free tools for server ads and callsigns are now on metrobot.app.
- NewPlayers of any age can link their Roblox account by typing ;link and the code from metrobot.app/verify in game.
- NewServer owners can try Plus free for a week, once per server, by voting for Metro with /plus trial.
- FixedMetro Dispatch now understands "add a note to my call" and asks for the note instead of saving those words as it.
- NewPlus servers can try Metro Dispatch in beta, an automated voice dispatcher that answers your units on the radio and keeps the CAD up to date.
- NewYou can now leave your browser out of the visit counts on metrobot.app from the Your data page, and the privacy policy explains exactly what is counted.
- FixedA panic on the dispatch console or a phone MDT shows only its red bar, so a second pop-up no longer covers the MDT tabs.
- NewA panic now flashes every CAD console red, lists the nearest units for dispatch to send, and pings only the roles you pick in Discord.
- NewThe dispatch console gets Map and Supervisor layouts, unit unions from the menu or the command bar, and a map that pops out onto a second screen.
- NewUnits now get their own CAD panel to sign on, set status, work their call and answer dispatch, and on a phone it becomes an MDT with big buttons.
- NewDispatchers get a full-screen dispatch console with calls grouped by stage, units by department, a live map and a command bar for fast assigning.
- NewThe CAD opens on a panel picker with live counts, and CAD settings add sign-on and dispatch options and a callsign roster with paste import.
- NewPlayers can now call 911 from Discord with /911, giving what is happening and a postal or landmark, and owners can turn it off in CAD settings.
- FixedThe CAD radio now sits in a slim bar under the page instead of over buttons, radio messages stack like a chat, and the three lookups are one Lookup menu entry.
- NewCommunity helpers now answer in Metro support and get Plus on one server while they keep helping, and metrobot.app/credits thanks them by name.
- NewHelp tickets now get a first answer from Metty, Metro's AI helper, with Solved and Talk to a human buttons so a person is always one press away.
- NewThe first 25 servers to finish setup now get 30 days of Plus free, with no card needed, and metrobot.app shows how many spots are left.
- FixedYou now stay signed in on metrobot.app for the full 30 days instead of being asked to sign in with Discord again after a week.
- NewOwners now place and resize businesses by clicking the map, and can turn a business property zone into a business.
- NewOfficers can now run the CAD from the game with ;cad commands to go on duty, change status, attach to calls and run plates.
- NewWorkflows let owners build their own automations from triggers, conditions and actions in the dashboard, then share them in a public gallery.
- FixedJob stops and landmarks now show the postal you see in game on the Summer 2026 map, and leave it out when none is near.
- NewCrime has a new water run: players take crates by boat from open water to a quiet shore, and owners set it up on the Crime page.
- FixedHotlist, BOLO and warrant alerts now reach the log channel when no alert channel is set, and the BOLO page warns when nothing would be posted.
- NewPlayers who join without a linked account now get one in-game message on how to link, and the overview shows how many have linked.
- NewPlate lookups now show a map of where a plate has been, with a 1 hour, 24 hours and 7 days filter and your recent searches.
- NewA wanted plate or player now gets one live BOLO card with a map that follows them, and on-duty police can mark them found.
- NewNew 911 calls survive restarts and post a card that pings responders with a Close button, and robberies alert police and show on the map.
- NewStaff can kick, ban, warn and message players in the game from Discord with /mod and from the dashboard.
- NewServers can run staff applications and ban appeals as web forms on metrobot.app, reviewed in Discord or on the dashboard.
- NewStaff are clocked in automatically and measured against weekly quotas, and can ask for leave with /loa.
- NewEvery place now has a circle owners can resize on the dashboard map, and a refusal shows the circle and where to go.
- NewStaff can see every warning, kick and ban a player has been given, with /punish log and a new Punishments page.
- FixedBoat jobs now start from the boat launch circle, so you can begin on the dock, in a boat or in the water.
- NewRecalls remove the office role and start a snap election, owners can assign office holders, and /gov status shows who runs the city.
- NewOwners can set up the CAD in the dashboard: unit statuses and 10-codes, call types, priorities, the penal code and radio channels.
- NewPlate lookups now show where a car was last seen in game and the postals it has been in, even between cameras.
- NewPolice can look up, warrant and /fine any player the server has seen, linked or not, and Judges can void fines and decide appeals.
- FixedPlus features switched on for a Free server now say they are saved but not running, and /plus status shows your plan and what Plus adds.
- NewSetup now posts a test message in your log channel, and your dashboard tells you when Metro cannot post in a channel and what to change.
- NewStaff get an alert in Discord when a player uses a callsign that someone else reserved.
- FixedJobs now say why a start failed or a stop paid nothing, and when your daily limit resets.
- NewDownload or delete your own data for one server or everywhere from Your data in Me, and lookups show camera sightings only to camera search staff.
- NewSuggest features on the new board at metrobot.app/suggestions or with /suggest, vote on ideas, and get a DM when yours ships.
- NewServer owners get important Metro announcements once by DM and as a banner on their dashboard that they can dismiss.
- NewContact Metro support from the Help button on the website or with /help contact, and read the replies at metrobot.app/me/tickets.
- NewEMS can file patient reports with injuries, treatment and transport, and owners can bill hospital trips that insurance can waive.
- NewSell cars with one button from /garage or the website, see their plates and licences, and plate lookups now show the registered owner.
- NewOne shop for cars, licences, perks and server items on the website and in Discord, with pictures, sales and stock that owners set on the Dashboard.
- NewYour server's audit log now shows Plus purchases, renewals, failed payments and cancellations.
- NewJail is here: robbery arrests are served in game with a timer, optional bail, early release for staff, and a roster in CAD.
- NewGame logs now post joins, kills, staff commands and mod calls to Discord, and a live server status card shows players, queue and a join button.
- NewInsights shows owners money created against money removed each day, warns when prices will feel cheap, and suggests a fix you confirm.
- NewServer automations: AFK checks, welcome messages, timed announcements, team restrictions, priority requests and peacetime, set up on the Automations page.
- NewBoat jobs are here: water taxi, fishing trips and cargo runs, with docks and fishing spots owners can move, add or remove on the Jobs map.
- NewNames and reasons players type are checked for swearing and slurs, and owners can set the strictness and add words on the Safety page.
- NewDashboard settings save from one bar at the bottom of each page, without reloading, and warn you before you leave with unsaved changes.
- NewCommercial, performance and business licences now need a short road-rules test on the website first, and owners can edit the questions.
- FixedPlayer pages open before you link Roblox, linking brings you back to the page you were on, and the server switcher shows your server icon.
- NewYou can check whether Metro is working at metrobot.app/status, with 30 days of history and updates on any incident.
- NewBot replies are cleaner cards with buttons, your job stops update in one message, and command options suggest your own items as you type.
- NewMetro now has a public changelog at metrobot.app/changelog, and new entries are posted to the Metro Discord.
- FixedRestricted-car fines no longer repeat for the same drive, and fine amounts in messages show the right number.
- NewOwners can start, end or cancel elections from the dashboard or Discord, with quick, evening and week-long lengths.
- NewJobs, contraband and robberies all start the same way: pick one from a menu and the first stop arrives by DM.
- NewOwners can give Discord roles permissions for every part of Metro, with presets for police, fire, staff and more.
- NewThe live map shows every player in the server, not only those on duty.
- FixedPaid jobs show as complete, and the job card updates while the run is in progress.
- NewJob maps look like a navigation app, and every job stop sits on a road a car can reach.
- NewContraband runs have a real pickup, a time limit based on the distance, and a DM at every step.
- NewDiscord roles can unlock police tools: camera searches, person and plate lookups, fines and warrants.
- FixedJobs wait for you to spawn a car instead of failing, and a run that ends tells you why.
- NewOwners can place traffic cameras from presets of 22, 50 or 100, import and export them, and delete them.
- NewMetro now uses Liberty County's summer 2026 map for the live map, GPS and job stops.
