Pay players for what they actually do in game.
Metro pays a courier when the drive is done, not when a command is typed. Money comes in from jobs, duty and 911 calls and goes out on cars, licences, rent and fines. The whole economy is free.

Jobs
Metro picks the stops, watches the player’s position and pays on arrival. Courier, taxi, bus, garbage, mail, tow, water taxi, fishing trip and cargo run are built in.
- Pay per stop is a base plus a rate per stud, scaled by vehicle class and distance.
- Each stop is DMed to the player with a map. A stop driven at an impossible speed is not paid.
- The default daily cap is 20,000 a player. Owners can raise it or remove it.
- Taxi rides with a real passenger pay 1.5 times as much, and the passenger gets a cut.
Duty pay
Players on a paid team earn for every active minute, with no command needed. Standing still does not pay.
- Default 20 a minute, paid every 5 active minutes.
- Default teams: Police, Sheriff, Fire and DOT.
Wallet, transfers and banking
Every verified player has a wallet on each server. Money never moves between servers.
- /pay sends money, with a default 1% fee into the treasury and a daily send limit.
- Savings pay 5% a year by default, paid weekly.
- Personal and car loans are repaid from job pay. Three missed payments default the loan.
- A credit score tracks how a player repays.
Cars, licences, ranks and perks
One shop sells cars, licences, perks and anything the owner adds, on the website and in Discord. The default catalogue has 136 ER:LC vehicles.
- Performance, commercial and business licences are earned with a ten-question road test.
- Ranks follow net worth by default and can drive Discord roles.
- Perks include a job pay boost and a transfer fee waiver.
Crime, crews and events
Robbery, contraband and water smuggling give the criminal side a payout and a cost. Crews share a pot. Races, scavenger hunts, treasure drops and double-pay hours keep a session moving.
- Crime is off until the owner switches it on, and each part has its own switch.
- Staff are never targets or beneficiaries.
What is free, and what is Plus.
What players touch every session is free. Plus adds the political and property layer, and room to grow.
Plus is for one Discord server and is bought by its owner. Tax may be added at checkout. If a server returns to Free, its Plus settings are kept. Full pricing.
