Every setting not listed stays on Metro's shipped default, and nothing is locked: the whole economy stays editable from your dashboard. The Server-Key, channels and roles are kept when a template is applied. On Free, the Plus modules a template turns on (government, property, businesses) are written switched off, with their settings kept for the day the server upgrades.
Use it
Load this into Metro
Open your server, go to Templates, press Review on Full RP to see the changes against your current settings, then apply it. Or pick it when you set Metro up with /setup template:Full RP.
